I had my first flying lesson on 14th February. A birthday present from my partner, Lorraine. I took the controls for some 30 minutes above West Cornwall - having taken off from Perranporth airfield. It was great fun and we had terrific views over the coast and inland. I now know what my learner car drivers feel like on their first lesson !
